The five well tanned and buff members of the Pantera Posse at first thought they were going to get off easy. They were the jocks, the cool kinds, after all. Nothing serious would happen to them. 

This seemed to be confirmed when they were 'sentenced' by the principal and county school board to be paddled.  Coach Spalding cheerfully cleared his desk -- figuratively and otherwise -- to do the honors. 
 



Several howled with pain. The youngest cried like a baby.
 

Coach Spalding was married with seven kids -- more, it was whispered on the outside. Nonetheless,this was not the first time he had developed a hard-on while paddling boys at school.

When it was over, they kidded each other, compared blistered buns,and joked about the girl they had fucked. And t he five went home that day, secure in the knowledge that nothing more would happen to them.

When the town concil found out what the school board considered to be punishment, they were enraged, calling it an insult to the honor of the many girls who had been defiled. xx

The five posse members were arrested that night. They were taken as they were found -- in PJ's ... or less. 

 
They weren't worried, though ... not really. 

 
When the trial lasted exactly two day,s they began to worry ... a little. 
 
The prosecuting attorney - the older brother of one of the girls - asked for the maximum penalties. The judge was the father of one of the girls ... 

No one was particularly surprised when the five were found guilty on all counts. But the sentence shocked all - "C or C", the kids call it - castration or crucifixion. 

The younger three were to be castrated - radically - cock and balls both. The older two would be crucified - hung on a cross till dead. 

To increase their fear and anxiety, - as well as that of the student body at large - they were helf in isolation for the three weeks for t heir appeals to run through the courts. 

 

They passed the time the best they could. Though they had all the time in the world in which to jerk off, 

 

they found it difficult to get it up. This bothered them even more than losing their deep tans they had worked so hard to get, spending most of their afternoons at the beach or the pool, strutting their bodies -- to tease the old women or  the queers -- whoever was watching them at the time.

The muffling gags that had prevented them making any improper imprecations or remarks were removed so as to allow periodic hydration and feeding with glucose solution and baby food -- to prolong the suffering as much as possible. 
 

The leg wrappings were left in place - so long as their knees were socked tight against the upright beams, their legs would support their whole weight and there would be no danger of death by asphyxiation - the quick and easy of dying on a cross. 

Dick hung on the cross in desperate agony for three days, sewenteen hours, forty-nine minutes before he died. It took Tom another thirteen hours eleven minutes before he was pronounced dead - four days, sewen hours even on the cross. 

During that time, most of the students spent hours watching, most often joking and laughing at the two boys. HomeEc classes made and sold picnic lunches. All the boys in gym class had to do their daily exercises in front of the crosses. Science teachers used the stretched bodies for anatomy lessons. Latin and history teachers used the boys as examples of Roman punishments. 

Kids from surrounding schools were bussed in to see what happens t o problem boys. Politicians and news media pundits called for more executions of problem boys. 

Everyone agreed - the executions h ad a salutary effect on other boys. Most thought it should be done more often. 

The dead bodies were left hanging on the crosses for another three days until they turned blackish purple and birds had pecked out their eyes and the tips of their noses. They were finally let down off the crosses at sunset because it was feared the bodies would burst open and spill the rotting guts if left another day, and that would be a definite health emergency. 
 

 
A few days after the bodies were taken down and disposed of, the three surviving Pantera Posse members - the castrates -- were pronounced recovered enough to return to school. Although they petitioned to be allowed to go to another school or finish schooling at home, they were forced to go back to classes at their old high school - to predictable razzing.
